I’m–er, I mean, Kaye’s at it again. In the planner community, people have been chattering about these cool new Recollections planner inserts that you can get at Michaels. Well, we live about 90 miles from the nearest Michaels, but i managed to find them on a trip out of town a month ago. They didn’t have two of the options (Budget and Fitness) but I got the rest to check out. Okay, wait. That’s not totally true. There was one
It’s no secret that I love planners. So, when I found out that one of my favorite stamp companies, Papertrey Ink, had a new planner come out in February, I decided to try it. I mean, if I loved it, I could give away my Plum Paper Planner, and if I didn’t, I could give away this planner. Well, I do love the planner. I really think it’s a fabulous design. I love the features it offers–particularly daily pages. I
WOOHOO! Congratulations… PAIGE! (sweet…) I’ll be emailing you in a few minutes. If I don’t hear back with an address by “Christmas Cain” (the day after Christmas), I will have to redraw for a new winner so that the winner gets her planner before New Year’s Day!
Look, the Author likes to pretend that this is all about her mocking me for my so-called “Crazy Obsession” with planning and scrapbooking. The fact that I can combine both now is fabulous in my opinion. But I digress. The fact is, she’s just as nutty about it as I am. The woman owns like four planners in addition to the Inkwell LiveWell Planner that she’s giving away this week. That’s right GIVING AWAY. We all know she’s kind of
So! How was day one? Did you get anything done? At the bottom, I’m sharing miserably embarrassing pictures of my before and after. This is proof that I have no shame (or that I am dedicated to the cause of clutter eradication. Either way… Today, we do the one part of the kitchen I hate the most. I mean I REALLY hate it. Day Two: The Fridge Pull every item out. Remove all pieces that can be removed (shelves, drawers,
Well, I’m sure that some people don’t, but hey. Most people do enjoy a chance to try something FREE. And the folks over at Inkwell Press are doing JUST THAT. They’re giving away THREE prizes. What is it, you ask? Well, I’ll tell you. PLANNERS FOR LIFE! That’s right. Three very fortunate people will receive an Inkwell Press planner every year for “life” (I don’t know what their definition of “life” is but I suspect that it includes the life
Once upon a couple of decades ago, I was a mom with a handful of kids and brains that dissolved with each passing pregnancy. I seriously would forget to do things like sweep the floor that crunched beneath my feet. Appointments? Well, I didn’t have any really, but man when I did, we were often driving around town for half an hour because I didn’t want to risk forgetting if I stayed in the house, and I have an unholy
MS BARB! That’s right, MS Barb is our P-Touch Labeler winner! Woohoo! If you’re MS Barb and didn’t already get my email, contact me and let me know where to mail your prize. Thank you for participating, and happy labeling! Jennie, on the other hand, will have to content herself with a copy of the book. Again, if you haven’t received an email requesting your address, contact me and let me know where to send it (As soon as it
Let’s talk about the “New Year.” You know, that time when everything is fresh and new. People have resolutions to get their life on track, streamlined, and organized. Well, I thought maybe it was time to try the labeling thing. I mean, if I put a label that says “Batteries” on a basket in the cupboard, maybe they won’t get tossed in the sock basket with Purrlock’s presents.–er socks. If nothing else, I’ll feel like I gave it a shot.
